(Ages 6–8)
Focused on emotional regulation, impulse control, and teamwork.
This group includes:
• movement-based activities
• building (Legos, hands-on challenges)
• teamwork games
• problem-solving + “adventure-style” tasks
Through games, movement, and hands-on activities, boys learn practical skills to manage anger, improve self-control, and build emotional awareness in a supportive environment. This group is ideal for active, ADHD-presenting boys who learn best by doing.

Glow Up
(Ages 9–11)
Focused on confidence, friendships, and self-esteem.
This group includes:
• creative activities (bracelets, art, journaling)
• guided conversations about friendships
• confidence-building exercises
• connection + social skill practice
Main Character Energy
(Ages 12–14)
Focused on confidence, identity, and managing anxiety.
This group includes:
• real-life scenario discussions
• confidence + mindset work
• social situations + boundary setting
• reflection + self-expression

(Rising 6th graders)
Focused on preparing for the transition to middle school.
This group includes:
• organization + independence skills
• navigating new social environments
• confidence in new situations
• problem-solving and communication
For rising middle school students who feel nervous about the move to middle school. Kids learn practical coping strategies for managing anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm while building confidence and independence. This group helps students feel prepared, capable, and emotionally supported as they enter a new school environment.
