Telehealth Therapy
Real support, wherever you are.
Therapy doesn’t have to happen in an office to be effective. Our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions offer flexible, meaningful care. Whether you're across the state, traveling, juggling school schedules, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space.
What it can help with
Research shows that telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, family stress, and emotional dysregulation. It also reduces barriers to care, making it easier for clients to stay consistent and supported.
For kids and teens, virtual therapy offers a familiar setting that can ease nerves and increase engagement.
For parents, it makes it easier to access support without rearranging your entire day.
Caregiver corner
If your child is in therapy, you’re still a part of the process. We’ll keep open communication (with your child’s consent) and offer tips or check-ins as needed. For younger kids, caregivers may join sessions to help model or support new skills. We’ll guide you on when and how to be involved.
For parents wanting to set up a call, we offer lunch break sessions, short-term support, and long-term work via telehealth, all from wherever you are.
what sessions may look like:
We meet on a secure video platform through your private client portal. Sessions are face-to-face, real-time, and never robotic. We use a blend of talk therapy, mindfulness, creative tools (yes, even on screen!), and interactive strategies to keep things engaging and supportive.
For younger clients, we may incorporate drawing, movement, screen sharing, or parent-supported play depending on age and needs.
